The art of keeping secrets

Have you ever experienced the feeling when someone tells you a secret and you just have to share it with someone. And if you tell someone then the feeling of betrayal seeps in. By chance if that person calls you and when you see that person's name in your phone you start getting tensed and you assume that person has come to know about your betrayal. It sounds really silly but when you're in such a situation you would feel like running away somewhere far so you wouldn't have to face the person :D Then there are those secrets that you hear from other people and you start bitching with your best friend especially if you're a girl. If the secret is about a person you don't like, then you're more than happy to spread the word. And at the end of the day we all have secrets of which some we may confide with someone and others might just die with you.

Look before you leap

Have you ever been in a situation where you say a lot of stuff and then when you get to know about the truth you're like OMG! What the hell was i thinking. Let me tell you, we've all been there and i do it all the time. The best thing you can do in such situations is to keep your mouth shut. It is not necessary that you should always speak up your opinion on each and every thing on earth. It is always better to be a good listener and then say something about it rather than blabbering. This practice of talking shit can do a lot of harm mentally as well as physically :D So keep in mind the old proverb "Look before you leap" and act accordingly.

The confused phase of life

After my graduation I've come to a point where people are constantly asking about my future. I'm in a state of confusion where i'm not sure about what to do next. It gets really frustrating to hear this question as well as different suggestions from different people. In the present scenario there is hardcore competition in every field of life and one has to work hard in order to succeed. While going through this phase of life there are a lot of chances for you to breakdown or start thinking negative. We are all capable of success and the most important thing is to never lose hope. Whatever you end up with, always remember to never blame anyone else for your actions. After all, the decision was yours. There will be a lot of ups and downs but always remember that bad times will go away. People will constantly keep judging you for no reason. Conjuring 2

I wanted to know what the hype was about Conjuring 2. First of all let me warn you guys that this is not a review. I haven't seen the movie yet. We have been waiting for this movie for a long time with a lot of expectations especially after seeing the trailer. The original Conjuring movie was pretty good. The reviews of Conjuring 2 are fairly positive. The story revolves around the couple in the original Conjuring movie and their attempts to get rid of evil spirits. I was very much impressed by the demon possessed nun who was shown in the trailer and i found it really scary. Apart from the movie, i was thinking about evil spirits and demons. I was wondering whether they actually exist. I'm sure most of us have grown up listening to all kinds of stories about ghosts and evil spirits. But today as we live in a scientific world, it is difficult to believe in something without proof. We have evolved a lot from the superstitious society and have taken shape to a more logical thinki

The deadly emotion

I was thinking about anger the other day and i was wondering how some people get angry really fast. In my case i don't get angry that often. Actually the thing is that, i get angry easily but i have learnt to control it up to a certain extent. I've seen and experienced many of my near and dear ones let out their anger without even thinking twice. Sometimes the reason might be very silly. As people are different, some people have a high tolerance level while others just can't help it. I had searched the internet for effective measures to deal with anger and i got could see a common advice in all the sites was  to take a minute and breathe. I thought about it and i think it really works! While we are taking a minute to ourselves we can use the time to think about the situation and act accordingly. I am a person who genuinely thinks that anger is deadly. I've always experienced a kind of mental trauma while someone gets angry at me or if i see someone getting angry. That
