The deadly emotion

I was thinking about anger the other day and i was wondering how some people get angry really fast. In my case i don't get angry that often. Actually the thing is that, i get angry easily but i have learnt to control it up to a certain extent. I've seen and experienced many of my near and dear ones let out their anger without even thinking twice. Sometimes the reason might be very silly. As people are different, some people have a high tolerance level while others just can't help it. I had searched the internet for effective measures to deal with anger and i got could see a common advice in all the sites was  to take a minute and breathe. I thought about it and i think it really works! While we are taking a minute to ourselves we can use the time to think about the situation and act accordingly.

I am a person who genuinely thinks that anger is deadly. I've always experienced a kind of mental trauma while someone gets angry at me or if i see someone getting angry. That is one of the reasons why i try to avoid getting angry. It basically just hurts our self as well as the person we are getting angry towards. I believe that a person shouldn't engage in such an activity that doesn't benefit anyone.

On the contrary there are situations where a person has to get angry in order to get things done and it is normal too because we are all humans but the problem comes in managing it. My advice is to think happy thoughts even if it is a bad day because tomorrow will always be filled with surprises and in the end we are all going to die :p so cut the crap and cherish every moment :)
