The art of keeping secrets

Have you ever experienced the feeling when someone tells you a secret and you just have to share it with someone. And if you tell someone then the feeling of betrayal seeps in. By chance if that person calls you and when you see that person's name in your phone you start getting tensed and you assume that person has come to know about your betrayal. It sounds really silly but when you're in such a situation you would feel like running away somewhere far so you wouldn't have to face the person :D
Then there are those secrets that you hear from other people and you start bitching with your best friend especially if you're a girl. If the secret is about a person you don't like, then you're more than happy to spread the word. And at the end of the day we all have secrets of which some we may confide with someone and others might just die with you.
